Between the Dog and the Wolf
This series of sculptures, made between 2003 and 2004, explored ideas about transition and change through the use of installation, mixed media and the creation of work made from several components. The casting process can be seen as a metaphor for absence and presence and the transformational nature of the ceramic material has associations with geology and archaeology, suggesting narratives of metamorphoses and healing.
